G. Michael Morris, Ph.D., Elected into National Academy of Engineering

MMRI would like to extend its congratulations to G. Michael Morris, Ph.D., president of the Trustees of the Masonic Hall and Home, for his election into the National Academy of Engineering (NAE). Morris is the founder and CEO (retired) of Apollo Optical Systems, Inc. and RPC Photonics, Inc., and was elected in 2024 to the Special Fields and Interdisciplinary Engineering section of the NAE for his work on nanophotonic optical filters, super resolution imaging, laser metrology, and optical storage. Election into the NAE is a tremendous honor and MMRI is thrilled to congratulate Dr. Morris for this distinguished achievement.
